No Refunds

 

All orders placed with Sukha Saree House are non-refundable. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

 

Exchange Policy

 

We only allow exchanges for eligible products, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

 

An exchange request will be accepted only if the customer provides a clear, continuous, and unedited opening (unboxing) video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.

 

The video must clearly show:

 

  • The sealed package

 

  • The shipping label

 

  • The product received

 

  • The complete opening process without cuts, edits, or pauses

 

Exchange Conditions

 

  • A continuous and unedited opening (unboxing) video is mandatory for all exchange requests.

 

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

 

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

 

  • Exchange requests submitted without a valid opening/unboxing video will not be accepted.

 

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.

 

  • Sukha Saree House reserves the right to approve or reject an exchange request after reviewing and verifying the provided evidence.
